Your first session is all about setting a strong foundation. We’ll go over your fitness goals, assess your movement, and run through some basic exercises to see how your body moves. This isn’t a “kill you on day one” type of session—it’s about building a personalized plan that actually works for you.2. How often should I train to see results?
That depends on your goals, but for most people, 2-4 sessions per week is ideal. If you’re training less frequently, consistency is key. I’ll also give you guidance on what to do outside our sessions to keep progressing.3. Do I need to be in shape before starting with a trainer?
Not at all. My job is to get you in shape, not judge where you’re starting from. Whether you’re a total beginner or have experience, I’ll make sure your program meets you at your level and pushes you forward.4. What if I have past injuries or health issues?
I’ve worked with clients recovering from injuries and those with conditions like lower back pain, knee issues, and more. We’ll modify exercises to keep you safe while still building strength and mobility. If needed, I can also work alongside your physiotherapist.5. Is personal training only for weight loss, or can it help with muscle gain too?
Personal training is about achieving YOUR goals—whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, or just feeling stronger and healthier. We’ll tailor your program to exactly what you need.6. What happens if I miss a session?
Life happens, and I get it. My policy is simple: If you give at least 24 hours' notice, we can reschedule. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will count as a session, out of fairness and accountability.7. How long does it take to see real progress?

Yes! If you prefer to train on your own but still want expert guidance, I offer custom online programs, video check-ins, and virtual coaching.15. What’s your cancellation/refund policy?
I don’t offer refunds on training packages—this is to ensure accountability and commitment. However, I do have a 31-day results guarantee—if you don’t see progress and have followed my guidance, we’ll adjust your training and nutrition plan for free until you do.
